What is Higher Education?
Higher education in the United Kingdom refers to optional education beyond the age of 18.
Higher education ranges from qualification levels 4 or above. It encompasses undergraduate and postgraduate programs and leads to the awarding of degrees, diplomas, and other qualifications.
Level 7 | Equivalent to a master’s degree |
Level 6 | Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree |
Level 4 | Equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree |
